Our Managing Director John has more than 20 years of experience within the construction industry. He has vast exposure across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His expertise was developed by working with first and second-tier construction companies and managing several iconic projects and delivering complex structures from initiation to completion phase on time & budget ensuring stakeholders were always satisfied with delivery. John’s main objective is to achieve a happy client = happy builder philosophy and supports this by conducting business with having the best & fairest outcome for the clients.
He has a Diploma in Building Studies of Residential Construction and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Western Sydney University. The company, White Knight Holdings, and John both hold builders licenses. John is also a member of the Housing Industry Association.

We first worked with John (White Knight Holdings) in 2015 to build a residential multi-dwelling property in South West Sydney. John is the ultimate professional, a great person, and a TOP builder.
John knew and understood the balance between cost and value return. John helped us through the design and submission stage and then was engaged as the builder for the development. John respected the value of time and was able to complete the full construction of the dwellings in an unbelievable 12 months. He introduced us to new ideas that were able to create maximum visual impact and make the property really stand out. When sold in 2015, all dwellings set a new record for highest sold multi-dwelling properties in the area, a testament to White Knight Holdings’ understanding of the industry and great guidance. Because of the quality of their build and their detailed focus on our needs, we were able to continue this partnership than breaking multiple records along the way.

Fixed Price, Time & Quality Guarantee will become void upon triggering the following but not limited to the following: Any alterations to the project brief, documentations, clients requests/variations, force majeure, change of specification on material selection, delay in delivery times on materials supplied by client, inclement weather allowance being exhausted or latent conditions/unforeseen items being found, alterations on level of finishes, delivery of materials that were unknown to be damaged during transit, manufactures fabrication methods, discoloration or rusting due to weathering or fabrication of materials. Upon any of the guarantees becoming void will result in all guarantees immediately void. Variations or change of scope will void all guarantees.
